VALUE VILLA INC. CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

ALL CONSIGNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN! CONSIGNMENTS ARE ACCEPTED BY RESERVATION

CONSIGNING: You must be 18 years of age or older to establish an account.
Place items neatly in boxes with clothing folded and sets together. Do not overfill boxes. Seasonal items will be accepted in the appropriate season. Include instruction manuals and required accessories. Items that are non-functioning, stained, dirty, flawed, heavily worn, overly wrinkled, odorous (including smoke), unsafe, missing parts, recalled, "fake/knockoff," or outdated (including clothing and technology) will be discarded or recycled. Outdated clothing may be sold for costume use. Yard sale tags must be removed from items. Entire orders may be refused at Check-In if they appear to not meet the requirements listed above.

PRICING: We use an established price point, based on research and experience for common items. Prices may fluctuate based on the condition, name brand, popularity and uniqueness of an item. Please discuss any pricing concerns you may have before you consign your items.

DISPLAY TIME: Items priced under $40.00 will be displayed 4 to 6 weeks at full price. They will be reduced in price and displayed for an additional 4 weeks. Items priced $40.00 and over will be reduced after 1 month. Due to overcrowding, merchandise may be removed from display early, during the reduced price period. Items with discovered flaws will be removed from display immediately. It is your responsibility to collect all items of concern within the time agreed upon on the day of consignment, or within four weeks. We will not store your uncollected items. Unsold/uncollected items will become the property of Value Villa and be donated, recycled, or discarded at our discretion.

DISPLAY POLICY: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT/REFUSE, PRICE, DISPLAY, DONATE, DISCARD OR RECYCLE ANY CONSIGNED ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR POLICY. WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU REGARDING UNUSABLE ITEMS REGARDLESS OF THE BRAND OR VALUE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RELAY ANY CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR ITEMS, OR ASK QUESTIONS REGARDING THEIR SELLABILITY.

COURTESY-SORT: At your request we will sort your order while you wait here in the store. Unusable items will be returned to you. Pre-sorted items that we keep may not be used if a flaw is discovered at a later time.

COLLECTING YOUR MONEY: Money may only be collected by persons whose name(s) are listed on the account. I.D. may be required. Names may only be added to or removed from an account, in person, by the individual who established the account. Available funds may be collected in cash/check or used as in store credit any time during store hours. Money from the sale of an item will post to your account after a four day refund period. Accounts with NO ACTIVITY for a period of FIVE YEARS will be deemed abandoned. Any monies owed will be forfeited.

We do everything within our power to protect your consigned items; however, Value Villa cannot be held responsible if something of yours is stolen or damaged by customers.
