The important thing is, you get to choose.
- We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping calculator to determine your shipping cost.
- Standard “priority” shipping times are 1 to 3 business days
- Pick-up and delivery days are per USPS policy
- We will do our best to find the most economical rate that will satisfy your delivery requirements
- We are located in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST)
- Any purchase processed after 2:00 pm MST, Monday through Friday, will not be shipped until the following business day.
- Packages will not be shipped on Saturday and we are closed for business on Sunday.
- Value Villa will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays when the store is closed, or other situations beyond our control.
- Value Villa will not be responsible for item(s) damaged due to carrier neglect. If a shipping container is damaged report it to the delivering carrier.
- We recommend saving all packaging as it will be required for returns.
