We want you to have confidence in the items you purchase…

• Receive a full cash, credit card, gift card, or check (if refund amount is over $50.00) refund on any item purchased within 4 days of purchase in store.
  • Excludes: New Mattresses and Foundations. Ask for details.
• We require you leave all price/identifying tags attached to the items, including all accessories.
• Return items in the same condition they were in when purchased.
• Purchases made using store credit will be refunded by cash or check (if refund amount is over $50.00)
• Items purchased on line and picked up in store must be returned within 4 days of purchase as noted above
• Purchases made on line and shipped may be returned under the following conditions:
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
  • Must include the original receipt and a statement of reason for return
  • All identifying Value Villa tags must remain on the items as they were delivered
  • The items must be received back in store within 20 days of purchase dated on the receipt
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees
  • Once the item has been returned and inspected, the purchasing card will be credited for the amount of purchase only
  • Value Villa has the right to refuse any returned item not meeting these conditions
  • Damage to merchandise due to damaged shipping containers is the responsibility of the carrier, or the buyer if appropriate insurance has not purchased. See Shipping Policy for details.
